Blake Lively Nose Job Before and After Photos Rhinoplasty

Plastic surgery chronicles: Has Blake Lively had a nose job?

There’s A LOT of plastic surgery going on in Hollywood these days, and while some of it is flagrant and noticeable, a great deal of it is really good work. (If celebs can’t find the right doctors, what hope is there for anyone else?)

One of the most obvious good nose jobs out there is Blake Lively, a bright young starlet who had a noticeably larger nose in her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants era.

The above pic is a side-by-side comparison of Blake Lively back in 2005, and Blake October 2012. There is definitely a difference there, but her nose frankly looked great before.

Beyonce Nose Job Before and After Photos

Evidence That Beyoncé Had Three Nose Jobs

There has been much speculation about the surgical procedures that Beyoncé has had done to her face and body. After meticulously examining photos of Beyoncé’s physical changes over the years, it can be determined with exact certainty that she has had not one, but three nose jobs.

Beyonce had a nose job early in her career.  The plastic surgery skyrocketed her singing career to what is today.  Overall, The nose job gave her a much thinner bridge. Notice how thin her nose is.  Is it too thin?  People don't seem to notice it until they see her nose up close.

Want to see evidence of Beyonce’s nose job (to be technically correct, her alleged nose job LOL). Take a look at these before and after pictures and you can draw your own conclusion…

Last I checked, there's only one way a nose tip can thin out and that is with the help of a plastic surgeon's scalpel

I think Beyonce is a beautiful, tremendously talented person, but I believe she has had rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, and maybe even other plastic surgery too. And let's not forget that weave on her head

Lea Michele Nose Job Before and After Photos

Glee’s Lea Michele Explains Why She Never Got a Nose Job Despite What Other People Said!

When it comes to her style and beauty, we wouldn’t change a thing about Glee’s Lea Michele (Rachel) — and clearly we’re not the only ones who feel that way, since she’s now the face of L’Oreal. But she once met a Hollywood agent who didn’t agree.

Lea tells that she is relieved that she never got a nose job, even though she was encouraged to when she was first starting out in the industry. “I'm a singer, and when you get a nose job, you don't know how it's going to affect your voice or change your sound,” Lea explains. “So that was just a risk that I didn't want to take.”

Lea doesn’t begrudge anyone who has gotten a nose job, but it just wasn’t the best idea for her. “I feel like people should make their own decisions,” Lea says. “That was just my personal choice, and I think that was a great choice for me.”

Photo Credit: Lea Michele on Instagram

Lea was also asked to name her personal beauty icons, and she chose an interesting mix. “I love Sophia Loren, Barbra Streisand, Natalie Wood, Raquel Welch all of the Old Hollywood women who were ethnic and different-looking,” she says. “Those are the women I look to and try to represent in photo shoots.”

It’s no surprise that Lea is such a Barbra fan, as Rachel is equally devoted to the star. And it’s also interesting that Lea included Natalie Wood on her list, given that Natalie played Maria in the film version of West Side Story the same role that Rachel played in McKinley’s production last season.

Lea Michele Talks Plastic Surgery and Her Diva Reputation

That voice! That attitude! That nose! Lea Michele has an unmistakable star quality that has helped catapult the New Jersey native from the Broadway stage to TV superstardom. But it wasn't an easy ride. In the December issue of Allure, the "Glee" star talks about the whole journey, including why she kept her nose, why

she's proud to be a diva, and why she was intimidated by Gwyneth Paltrow.

On being asked to have a nose job by a talent manager:

"When I was 15, my mother and I went to meet a manager who said, 'You have to get a nose job in order for me to work with you,'" Michele recalls. "And then she says -- this is a little TMI -- 'Have you gotten your period yet? Because you can't have it done until you get your period.' My mom heard this and was like, 'This isn't appropriate.

Young, Jewish and beautiful: Nose jobs decline as rhinoplasty's biggest fans no longer fear their defining feature

Young, Jewish and beautiful: Nose jobs decline as rhinoplasty's biggest fans no longer fear their defining feature

But Dr Babak Azizzadeh, a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, told Tablet: 'The ideal beauty can be anybody. I think people actually don't want to assimilate as much.'

In the past, when being beautiful meant looking all-American and not Jewish, immigrants who didn't want to stand out from the crowd sought the cosmetic procedure.

Confident: Lea Michele is 'proud' of her Jewish nose

As physician and anthropologist Melvin Konnor put it, 'this was why rhinoplasty was invented.'

Historian Beth Haiken noted that in 1936, pioneering plastic surgeon Vilray Blair, chief of that specialty at Washington University in St. Louis, made the observation that 'change in the shape of the pronounced Jewish nose may be sought for either social or business reasons.'

Ms Haiken explained of the time: 'There was a lot of anti-immigration sentiment and a lot of anti-Semitism once the immigration laws changed.'

Nowadays, however, Dr Konnor believes that the decline in nose jobs is 'because of increased ethnic pride and a decreased desire to stop looking Jewish and blend in.'

As our ideals of beauty move away from the fair-skinned, petite features of Anglo-Saxon physiognomy, the once popular scoop-bridged, upturned nose has become less of a standard.

Today's stars and taste-makers are ethnically diverse and women are encouraged to value the features that make them stand out from the pack.

Glee star Lea Michele for one told US Weekly: I’ve always been proud of my body, my Jewish nose and all of that. Hollywood’s Hollywood, but that’s not going to change.'

Now patients opt for the surgery because they just want to be pretty, Miami surgeon, Michael Salzhauer told Tablet.

And at Dr Azizzadeh's office, requests come in not to re-shape but to 'restore' more character and more ethnicity.

Snooki Nose Job Before and After Photos

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi from Jersey Shore sure is cute and hot! But is everything natural?? Or did she have plastic surgery?

Who would have thought that taking away the pouf could make such a GOOD difference?

We think she could pass for a different person! Has something on her face changed too?? Say hmm... a nose job?

The Situation. Snooki. J-WOWW, Vinny, Pauly D, Ronnie, Sammi, Angela. Chances are, you only need to hear a few of those names and you know exactly which television show we’re talking about. If you’ve seen the series, or even glimpsed celebrity photos of MTV’s latest reality stars, then you’ve no doubt noticed that the cast of Jersey Shore looks conspicuously enhanced. The deep dark tans, long fake nails, muscles and curves it doesn’t take long to start wondering just how much work these young celebs have put into their bodies. If you’ve watched the show, then you’re well acquainted with the pre-party routine, dubbed “GTL” (or gym, tan, laundry for those who are rusty in their Jersey Shore trivia) by the cast members, but tabloids have been quick to question: Have Jersey Shore’s self-proclaimed “guidos” and “guidettes” undergone plastic surgery?
The Jersey Shore cast has been mum when it comes to admitting any cosmetic enhancements, with one exception. J-WOWW (aka Jenni Farley) has been very open about her breast augmentation surgery, which she bought for herself as a 21st birthday present. J-WOWW’s bust line has earned more than its fair share of criticism. More than one gossip site has claimed that her implants are poorly placed and rest too far apart. However, criticism is just one part of being thrust into the limelight, and the curvy 23-year-old has expressed her satisfaction with her breast enhancement.
Meanwhile, Snooki (aka Nicole Polizzi) claims that she would consider getting a breast lift, although, unlike JWoww, she hasn’t fessed up to any past cosmetic enhancements. Some gossip columnists have also argued that The Situation and other Jersey Shore men may have had such plastic surgeries such as calf implants; others, however, have countered that these “guidos” are in prime shape because they work out (GTL!) religiously, and, well, they’re young.
Young, attractive reality stars often throw plastic surgery into the spotlight, as the gossip surrounding their bodies builds with their stardom. Breast enhancements, breast lifts, and calf implants, however, are realistic options for many people who want to look their best  not just young celebrities. Breast augmentation ranges from person to person so you don’t have to come out looking as buxom as J-WOWW, but you could if that’s what you really wanted. Snooki’s interest in a breast lift is one that many ample-bosomed women share. And calf implants, along with bicep implants, and pec implants, are common surgeries requested by men seeking a little assistance in improving their physique.
Plastic Surgery Portal provides a wealth of information where you can learn more about these kinds of plastic surgeries and much more. You can gather a real-life view of these cosmetic enhancements and decide whether a procedure is right for you. If you’re trying to look like the cast member of Jersey Shore, however, we’ve got one piece of advice over the long haul, it’s always better to strive to look like the best version of yourself, not someone else. This is especially true when it comes to reality stars who the world is not likely to remember a year from now perfect tans aside.

Jennifer Aniston Nose Job Before and After Photos

Now, Jennifer Aniston has joined the bandwagon as she had her second rhinoplasty.
Jennifer Aniston Nose Job

The First Nose Job

Aniston’s first nose job was done twelve years ago when she had her deviated septum corrected surgically. But apparently, Aniston did not like the result of the first operation and has been contemplating to have another nose job ever since the first procedure. It was even written in one tabloid that Aniston was heard to say that her first nose job was lousy and that the plastic surgeon left her with a still too-wide nose.

The Second Nose Job

On the 20th of January 2007, Aniston was reportedly seen going out of the clinic of Dr. Raj Kanodia sporting fresh bruises down the length of her right eyebrow towards the tip of her nose as well as her upper lip. Apparently, she had made an appointment with one of Beverly Hills’ famous plastic surgeons to finally repair the “lousy” first nose job done twelve years ago.

When asked if the rumor was true, both Aniston and her rep confirmed that the actress, indeed, had a second procedure done to her nose to correct the incorrectly repaired deviated septum. But however much they both say that Aniston only had the second procedure done to correct the blotched first nose job and to finally straighten the deviated septum, a nose job is still a nose job. And when one looks closely at her new nose, it is easy to detect that her nose does seem to be straighter and thinner than the way it used to be.

Jennifer Joanna Aniston, born February 11, 1969, is an American actress. Jennifer Aniston was born in Sherman Oaks, California, and grew up in New York City. She is the daughter of actor John Aniston and actress Nancy Dow. Aniston has started her career in 1990s, on the short-lived series Molloy and in the TV movie Camp Cucamonga. She established her acting career in the 1990s, and became famous with her role as Rachel Green in the U.S. sitcom Friends. It was a role for which she won an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award.

She also starred in Hollywood films, while most of her film roles are based on comedies such as Bruce Almighty, Office Space, Rumor Has It, and the romantic comedies Along Came Polly and The Break-Up. She has also worked in films such as the horror-comedy Leprechaun, the crime thriller Derailed and the musical drama Rock Star. Jennifer Aniston has won multiple awards during her career, for both television and movie productions.
Jennifer Aniston Before Nose Job
"The Break-Up" and "Friends" star reportedly had the Plastic Surgery". And she not only has one but two Nose Jobs. Rumors claims that she went under the knife 12 years ago and was not satisfied with the results. So she again went for another Rhinoplasty(Nose Jobs).
Jennifer Aniston Nose Job
On January 20, 2008, the actress was speckled leaving a plastic surgeon’s clinic but the actress denied the rumors and said that, she has gone to correct the incorrectly repaired deviated septum. After the deviated septum repair, Aniston’s nose tip appears to be much defined and her bridge has become narrower.

Jennifer Aniston Nose Job Before After
Another big rumor about Jennifer Aniston is her Breast Implants. She hinted at recent tabloid speculation that she underwent Plastic Surgery to get Breast Implants. She said “Short of letting everybody have a feel, I don't know what else to do," she says. "I really am pretty happy with what God gave me." Aniston’s recent Breast Augmentation Surgery added fuel to the fire that maybe Aniston’s insecurity over the Pitt-Jolie relationship is going to turn her into a Plastic Surgery Clone.
Jennifer Aniston Nose Job Before And After
In an Oprah’s talk show as for the breast implants, Jen told Oprah, "No boob job! You know what it's called? It's called 10 pounds...maybe a couple cheese plates too many.”  Stars want us to believe they stay beautiful through complete grit and commitment to a diet, workout routine or beauty regimen.
Jennifer Aniston Breast Implants
The trouble is that sends a message to other women that they can do the same thing, which just isn't true. 40 year old Jennifer Aniston is photographed nearly as much off-screen as she is on, then it is been found that the growth to a breast augmentation given via injection, known as Macrolane.

Macrolane is a hyaluronic acid, it is a filler same as Restylane. Macrolane injections are not yet available for breast augmentation in the US because its safety is not known. It is been said that Hyaluronic Acid injections to the breast is procedure that is not available in the United States for Breast Augmentation, as it has not been approved by the FDA.

Macrolane is temporary hyaluronic acid filler similar to Restylane used by some in order to increase bust size, but only up to one cup size bigger. Like any treatment where foreign material is being introduced into the body there are risks and complications.  After injection of hyaluronic acid or fat into the breast there have been reports of encapsulation, interference with mammography, cysts, palpable lumps, and absorption of the material. According to this Jennifer Aniston may use of certain types of padded or push-up bras.

Marilyn Monroe Nose Job Before and After Photos

Rhinoplasty to Get Marilyn Monroe's Nose Job?
I've been interested in Rhinoplasty for a long time, and I'm finally going to go for it! I really like small cute noses, like Marilyn Monroe's.

I've attached pictures of my nose facing front and profile, and some noses I admire. Is this possible?

Marilyn Monroe is rumored to have gone under the surgeon's knife for a rhinoplasty in 1946, when she first signed with Twentieth Centry-Fox Studios.

To be more exact, it is rumored that in 1950 her Hollywood agent, Johnny Hyde, arranged for her to have her nose surgically fixed. The details for the rhinoplasty are unknown. It was estimated that they removed a piece of dead cartlidge from her nose and added cartlidge to her chin.

It is obvious that Marilyn Monroe did indeed have a nose job, which was performed before her career took off. I had no idea that plastic surgery was in demand for celebrities back in the 50′s. Who would have thunk…

On the other hand, there are some plastic surgeon experts who don't think the piece of dead cartlidge removed from the tip of her nose as a plastic surgery procedure, but more of a breathing hazard.

It has to be noted that celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Norman Leaf of Beverly Hills, who has 35 years of experience with Hollywood celebrities but never operated on her, talked about Marilyn Monroe's nose job and chin implant in his new book: "Are Those Real? True Tales of Plastic Surgery from Beverly Hills":  "Though Monroe was never his patient, Leaf inherited her surgical chart from his former partner, Michael Gurdin, a prominent plastic surgeon in Hollywood after World War II. The first entry in the chart is July 14, 1958. In handwritten notes, says Leaf, Gurdin details Monroe's 1950 chin implant surgery. Eight years later, the collagen implant had absorbed and all that remained was a tiny scar under Monroe's chin".

"There was no notation about the star's earlier nose job, but Leaf writes: "Gurdin had told me several times that he and (associate John) Pangman had also performed a tip rhinoplasty on her"- in other words, reshaping the soft cartilage", Leaf claimed.

There are others who claim that without any medical records which prove Marilyn's nose job, there is no evidence a nose job actually done.

Judging by the before and after images,  there is a significant difference in the shape of her nose, which went from bulbous to slender and her chin was more rounded.

Ashley Tisdale Nose Job Before and After Photos

The Ashley Tisdale Nose Job: Before and After Photos
Is it possible to look more natural after plastic surgery than before? It appears that High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale, 22, may have done just that with her nose job. Check out these pictures of Ashley Tisdale before and after ...

Ashley Tisdale nose best? Here's how her recent "job" turned out.

Claiming that it wasn't solely done for the sake of vanity, Ashley Tisdale stated that she got the plastic surgery to fix a deviated septum - the same excuse used by Ashlee Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz and others for goin' rhino style.

The Hills' Heidi Montag, on the other hand? She just wanted to look more like a typical Hollywood bleach-blonde tramp and get her sort of pretty face onto more magazine covers. Just ask her - she'll probably admit it, at least.

Ashley Tisdale Nose Job may have been for functional or medical reasons as well, but she has certainly changed her appearance. And in my view the results aren't good. I don't think she is to happy with it either. She looks much better in the before shot. There was nothing wrong with her nose in the beginning.

After Going through these Ashley Tisdale Nose Job Before and After Pictures in my opinion the tip of her nose looks smaller. I don’t feel like Nose Job was exactly needed. She does not look much different and the rhinoplasty was not an improvement.

Ashley Tisdale claims about her Nose Job that prior to the surgery her breathing problems worsened to the point that she could no longer breathe from her right nostril.Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing. This may have lead her to Nose Job but i am not fully convinced.

She also said the older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose.Tisdale vehemently denies having gotten the surgery for cosmetic reasons and says that she is not a supporter of plastic surgery.I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose, said Tisdale.

Blake Lively Nose Jobs Before and After Photos

Blake Lively Didn’t Need a Nose Job to Be Famous

Blake Lively is well know for being a star on “Gossip Girl.”  In my world of facial plastic surgery, she is cited by my patients as being an example of good rhinoplasty.  I often ask patients, “whose nose do you like?”  I usually get the answer that they don’t want anyone else’s nose, but one that suits their face.  They want a nose that minimizes their own prominent or exaggerated features, whether its a bulbous tip or prominent hump, but still looks like their nose.
In essence, they want to soften or miniaturize their nasal features that they feel are too strong or distracting, which do not blend with their face, and stand out in prominence.  They are almost like caricatured features that disrupt the harmony of the face, because they focus our attention on them.  Yet, these patients don’t want to get rid of these features. Usually they just want to visually “soften” them.  My patients don’t want to be someone else, they just want to be a better version of themself.  This is a great misunderstanding among people who malign plastic surgery as an attempt by insecure people to change their identity into someone that they naively believe will feel more comfortable to them.  The vast majority of patients still want to look like themselves.  In fact, they often don’t even want anyone to notice they’ve changed.  Really.

This is where Blake Lively comes in.  She was a successful actress before her rhinoplasty, and a beautiful woman.  In fact, with my actor/model patients, like Natalie Pack, Miss California 2012, they are making a good living with the face they have.  They just want to fix a few flaws or refine what they have, in order to get to the next level in their career.  In Blake Lively’s case, she had a prominent tip that was wide and downwardly pointed, especially when smiling. She also had a matching wide nasal bridge.  In her rhinoplasty, she had some tip cartilage removed, the tip defining points narrowed, and her tip rotated up.  In addition, her bridge was slightly lowered and substantially narrowed.  Her look was not substantially changed, however.  Her tip is simply miniaturized and repositioned.  It’s still her tip.  Her bridge is simply transformed to match her new tip.

Tyra Banks Nose Job Photos | Tyra Banks Rhinoplasty

This Larry King Live clip settles it for me: Tyra Banks has had a nose job. Dodai and I have been having this back and forth with each other about it. In her infamous "161" People magazine interview, she said, "I am totally against plastic surgery. A lot of people think I have breast implants because I have the biggest boobs in the business." But this archival footage from Larry King, that was re-aired on Monday, leaves me completely convinced that she's had work done. Larry asks, "Are you afraid of plastic surgery?" She responds, "No, I'm not afraid of plastic surgery and I'm not against it... I feel like everybody should make a choice and, you know, if they want to do that, that's fine. I'm so not against it." Yeah, the girl she's talking to is the one looking back her in the mirror. Also, she's clearly not against visible lace fronts, either!

Each week on Top Model, we watch her have totally arbitrary rules on beauty and modeling, and often times, conflicting advice for the girls ("Don't lose weight to conform!" "Do anything you have to do to book that job!"), so it's not surprising that she'd have different answers for different outlets on the same subject. She did admit to Heather last week that she compartmentalizes, after all.

Tyra Banks is a media personality, model, actress, occasional singer, model and a businesswoman. She is a daughter of Carolyn a fashion manager and NASA photographer, and Donald Banks, a computer consultant.

She is a famous model but she became more popular by her own talk show, The Tyra bank’s show. She was a model in Paris, Tokyo, London, New York and Milan. She is the creator and host of the UPN/The CW reality television show America's Next Top Model, co-creator of True Beauty.

Tyra bank is best known for her shrewdness as she used to do the same in her talk show, she normally purges rumors myths about women.

Tyra bank by removing her bra, she proved that she did not have Brest augmentation; but she has never talked about rumors of a nose job.

She has mentioned in on-air show about her breast plastic surgery but she has never addressed about her nose job.

She has the nose job probably when she was young, for her modeling career.
Before, her nose was round and more flat, but her current nose is much narrower and less rounded nose tip.

It is quite obvious that there is a significant difference in her nose shape.

It is quite witty to mention that she proved the world that her breasts are real but she never ever mentioned about her nose job.

But after Rhinoplasty she looks more beautiful.

If we look the before and after pictures any one can clearly find the difference. But Tyra never talked about it. The later one is narrower than the previous one which is more rounded.

She might have worked on her face as her lips are gorgeous and her skin is flawless. She is a total lunatic person so she has had a nose job.
